Annual Membership
Additional Info:
1. A $25.00 membership fee in the form of a check or money order must be
sent along with form made payable to: Our Second Act Inc.
2. Annual Dues $100.00
Fiscal year June 30th - July 1st
3. Once a member you will be sent via mail, email, etc. several dates for
upcoming events, meetings, etc.
4. If you do not want to become a member but are interested in making
donations to Our Second Act Inc., please make check or money order
payable to: Our Second Act Inc. and mail to:
